It has a total leasable area of 33.1 mn. sq. ft., with community-based ecosystems that are branded - Mindspace Business Parks, Commerzone and The Square. The portfolio comprises 26.2 mn. sq. ft. of completed area, 4.4 mn. sq. ft. of area under construction and 2.5 mn. sq. ft. of future development area. With best-in-class infrastructure, and amenitized campuses, the commercial offerings stand today as a partner of choice for 210+ domestic and foreign multinationals. Mindspace REIT is also India’s first real estate entity, to commit to both EV 100 and RE 100 initiatives of the Climate Group.

Within this portfolio, Chalet Hotels Limited oversees an asset portfolio comprising 10 hotels, totaling 3,052 keys. Part of the group, Chalet Hotels Limited is an owner, developer, asset manager and operator of high-end hotels and resorts in India, comprising of 10 operating hotels & resorts with 3,052 keys across globally recognized hospitality brands.

Furthermore, the company is currently developing an additional 870 rooms. Chalet is augmenting its commercial real estate portfolio from the current size 1.2 million square feet to 3.2 million square feet. 

Chalet Hotels’ enhanced sustainability performance is reflected in the latest Dow Jones Sustainability Index with an overall score of 57 (CSA Score Date: 16/02/2024).
