We anticipate momentum to persist into 2025

From the standpoint of CHL, we are a growing organisation with a DNA that is centred around development, keeping sharp focus on growth and making efforts at adding inventories. Over the last couple of years, starting with the acquisition of The Dukes Retreat, followed by the asset coming up at the Delhi Airport with TAJ, Courtyard by Marriott Aravalli and the recently acquired land parcel in Goa, we have consistently added inventory while gradually scaling our leisure portfolio. We presently have 3052 operational keys and another 1040 keys in the pipeline, taking the total portfolio to over 4000 keys across 13 hotels.
