K Raheja Corp Launches ‘I-Lead’ To Empower Managers
In a bid to strengthen its frontline leadership pipeline, K Raheja Corp has rolled out ‘I-Lead’, a new learning initiative designed to develop early-stage managers into confident and capable people leaders. The programme is currently being piloted with 100+ managers across the Group’s diverse verticals—Mindspace Business Parks REIT, Chalet Hotels, Inorbit Mall, and K Raheja Corp Homes.
Targeted at professionals from Manager to Assistant General Manager grades, the initiative focuses on everyday leadership essentials—driving accountability, building trust, effective delegation, and feedback delivery—helping participants lead high-performing, people-first teams.
Unlike conventional training modules, ‘I-Lead’ blends classroom sessions, guided reflection, and on-the-job application to drive behavioural change. It is co-designed by K Raheja Corp’s internal Learning & Development team in partnership with Basil Tree Consulting, and delivered by experienced facilitators with continued support through feedback and assessments.
Urvi Aradhya, CHRO at K Raheja Corp, noted, “Our managers influence how strategy comes alive on the ground. With ‘I-Lead’, we are equipping them to lead with empathy, precision, and purpose. It’s about preparing them to steer performance while building people-first cultures.”
The initiative aligns with the Group’s wider commitment to progressive talent development, complementing existing programmes such as Shikhar for mid-level managers, Future-Forward for CXOs, and Sheroes, which supports women leaders. Programmes like Pride Side, Reach Out, and Relaunch further reinforce the Group’s inclusive, employee-first ethos.
All eligible managers across the Group will undergo the ‘I-Lead’ journey in phased cohorts over the coming months.
