Inorbit Malls adds Hubballi to portfolio
Inorbit Malls, a K Raheja Corp entity, has inaugurated its fifth shopping center in Hubballi, Karnataka, expanding its presence beyond Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Vadodara. The mall features a diverse tenant mix encompassing fashion, lifestyle, entertainment, and dining, with anchor stores like Shoppers Stop and Pantaloons.
New Delhi: Inorbit Malls, part of K Raheja Corp, has expanded its footprint with the launch of a new shopping centre in Hubballi, Karnataka, it said in a press release on Monday.
This marks the company’s fifth operational property after Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Hyderabad and Vadodara.
The tenant mix covers fashion, lifestyle, entertainment and dining. Retail anchors include Shoppers Stop, Pantaloons, Smart Bazaar and Trends. PVR and Timezone make their debut in the city through the project. Several brands are entering Hubballi for the first time, among them American Eagle, Rare Rabbit, Miniso, Subway, Bonkers Corner and Forest Essentials. The line-up also includes chains such as KFC, Burger King and McDonald’s.
“Our expansion into Hubballi marks a crucial step in becoming part of the city’s social fabric, while also contributing to local employment and economic growth,” said Rajneesh Mahajan, CEO, Inorbit Malls.
