Education Assist enables you to pursue an educational course in subjects relevant to your current work profile or career development at K Raheja Corp. The application for seeking Education Assistance should be made prior to enrolling for the course, and will be provided post HOD and Head HR approval. You can avail of Education Assist once you have served a minimum of two years continuous service with K Raheja Corp.
You may request for unpaid educational leave upto 1 year which HOD and Head HR will review and may grant depending on the merit of each case.
