Under exceptional circumstances like marriage, death in family etc., advance leave may be granted solely at the discretion of the HOD and Head HR and the same will be adjusted during the year against the leave to be earned by you for the current financial year.
This is only applicable to New Recruits, who have not completed one year in service.
