We are looking for qualified professionals for the following positions for our new 5 Star hotel projects in Mumbai, Hyderabad and Bangalore:

We are looking for qualified professionals in Real Estate & Infrastructure positions | Hotel Positions:

1. Project Managers / Chief Engineers - 12 Numbers B.E. Civil 5 to 15 Yrs. Experience in large projects like high-rise complexes, state-of- the-art institutional buildings, 5 star hotels etc. Should be technically sound & mature. Knowledge of Primavera / MS-Project & contracts management is essential. Engineers with ability to quickly analyze and act upon the project demands. ENG / MUM / 01
2. Manager Contracts B.E. Civil 5 - 8 Yrs. exp. in preparation of tender documents, finalization of contract & settlement of extra claims & disputes. Should be fully conversant with FIDIC & needs to have exposure to documentation required for administration of various contracts related to construction of institutional buildings & infrastructure works. ENG / MUM / 02
3. HVAC Engineers B.E. Mech. Above 5 yrs. of Exp. in HVAC installation of large Projects. Should be conversant with screw compressor chillers, heat pumps, energy recovery pipes, heat wheels, plate recuperators, ventilation fans, heat exchangers, thermal storage / customized absorption systems. 4. Electrical Engineers B.E. Elect. 5 to 8 Yrs. exp. in designing & execution of major electrical installations (both HT & LT) in complex projects like Hotels, Shopping Malls etc. ENG / MUM / 04
5. Manager / Asst. Manager -Accounts CA / MBA Finance 3 to 5 Yrs in a medium / large scale organization. Having strong exposure to day to day accounting, finalization of accounts, Audits. Knowledge of tax related matters and accounting packages required. ENG / MUM / 05
6. AGM / Sr. Manager – Budgets & Cost Control BE (Civil) Above 10 Yrs. Should be able to project estimates. Should have handled Budgeting and Costing for large scale projects. ENG / MUM / 06
7. QC Engineers B.E. Civil Above 10 yrs. exp. in Quality Control Department. Should be able to design and monitor strict Quality Control procedures and control various field test laboratories and Concrete Batching Plants / Ready Mix Concrete. ENG / MUM / 07
8. Quantity Surveyors / Billing Engineers B.E. Civil / D.C.E. 5 to 10 yrs. with thorough knowledge of construction procedures & cost management. Should have good knowledge of best engineering practices, financial audits, billing process, statutory deductions & process of rate analysis. Working knowledge of other building trades like plumbing, electrical & HVAC essential. ENG / MUM / 08
9. Plumbing Engineers B.E. Civil / D.C.E. 3 to 5 Yrs. exp. in Hydro pneumatic system, TAC & NFPA specifications and ability to design the water supply scheme independently. Candidates with specialization in Public Health Engineering shall be preferred. ENG / MUM / 09
10. Safety Engineers Graduate / Diploma in Industrial Safety Graduates /diploma in Industrial Safety, with experience in formulation & implementation of multiple safety practices appropriate real estate industry. Knowledge of safety equipments, fire safety codes, fire alarm systems essential. ENG / MUM / 10
11. Stores Officers B.Com / M.Com 3 to 6 yrs. experience in a reputed construction company & thorough knowledge of construction materials & stock keeping. ENG / MUM / 11
12. Sr. Engineers – Interiors BE Civil / DCE / Interior Design 5 to 10 Yrs. Should have worked in the capacity of Interior Designer with a medium / large construction. Should have good exposure to planning, designing, and furnishing interior environments of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. ENG / MUM / 12
